Ow my god..it's in the middel of the night, but we (jacq en Hennie)need to write a review first...It was really great at the Oosterpoort in Groningen.
Jacq, marina and i were there really early and we had a nice talk with everybody who was already there. During that time we could see Marius en Carola unpacking the new merchandise. The oee's and aaa'ss were flying through the air...Great merchandise!
At half past 7 the doors were opened and we have to take a run to get seated very well. Unfortunetly not everything was going well, but i wass happy with te places i could get..Front row between Michael and Kipp.
At half past 8 the lights get out, and Nick starts a really great and quiet pianosong. One by one the guys come up and get a warm welcome from the audience...
I can't remember all the numbers they play, but it were a lot.. i believe starting here again, welcome to the rest of your life... etc.. During the last numbers before the break Marina, Jacqueline, Paula and i were really shaking on our seats, because we would like to stand up and dance...after a a couple seconds we did and we were rocking! Yeah!!
Then the break came and we could have a little cool down :-)
After the break the place was rocking... everybody was exciting and singing allong! I don't tell what the show was all about, because it's nicer to see it with your own eyes..
Jacq, marina and i went crazy and rocking and jumping on the music with eachother!
After the show we had a little meet and greet en signed our ticket..
Tired of a great concert, we allready are looking forward to the show of saturday in Enschede!!

Marina, Eric, Jacq..thanks for the great evening..love you girls with all my heart :)

This is the review from Marius, posted on the english Yahoo list:

Hi everybody,

Yesterday we were in Groningen for the first show of the amazing Theatertour.
And I can tell you: IT WAS AMAZING!!!

As you all know Carola and I saw almost every concert the guys did over here,
but this one beat them all! The stage was wonderfull with curtains and great
lights. The sound was terrific and the atmosphere was even better. I have to be
honest: this was the best show I've seen! I hope the DVD will be able to cath
the atmosphere, and if it does it's gonna be a jewel!

There were a lot of surprising moments with great songs and old songs with new
arrangements. You could see that the guys had a great time.
Michael played a few new guitars from Gibson and Mark Harris even played
acoustic bass on some songs. I know a few people saw so many concerts that they
have the feeling they saw it all, well: YOU DIDN't!!! I pity all the people who
decided not to go this tour because they're missing the best! So don't tell me
afterwards that I didn't warn you:-)

We received a lot of new shirts and they look fantastic!! We also have new
baseballcaps in blue and red and in a few days we'll get windbrakers as well.

Oh man, am I looking forward to the Live-DVD!!!

Hugs, Marius

Hi Everyone!!!

I totally agree with Marius: Last nights show in Groningen was
definitely the best Venice show I've ever seen!!!!!

Go see it!!!

Great sound, great athmosphere, amazing harmonies, surprising songs
I've never heard them sing before and goose bumps all over!!!!
I heard a fantastic new solo from Michael and Pat in 'End of the
world', Mark Harris playing acoustic bass, Nick playing 'accordeon'
(sorry, don't know the english word) and Dan Gillen singing great!!!

Marius, the shirts look great!! I've bought the black/grey one and
I'm wearing it today! Also bought the blue paint DVD; didn't got a
change to see it yet, but I'm very curious!!!
